In the days before World War II, a group of soldiers decided to rebel against the government that they saw as weak. They succeeded in killing several officials and taking over their houses. The police and loyal soldiers were unable to defeat them, however, not all was lost. One of the key officials the rebels needed to execute escaped capture. his brother made him hide in a storeroom and then went to try to find an escape. The rebels caught him, thinking he was the official, and kill him. The actual official was discovered by two maids, who hid him in their closet underneath a pile of laundry until the rebels left.
