The government runs fire, police, and postal services. Libertarians think of course that is the worst evil ever. Therefore, they are brainstorming ways to change this. They don't think that the government can run them at all because the government can run itself like a business, but they don't think they should be run privately because that would be bad. You would have to pay the police to protect you, and pay the fire department to save your flaming house.
