Libertarians and War

Libertarians further think that the U.S. is more expansionist than communist countries, such as former China and the former Soviet Union. They say that China is not expansionist because it doesn't claim Taiwan (*cough* *cough* they do *cough* *cough*) as it's own. They also say that the Soviet Union isn't expansionist because they only want to conquer the countries surrounding them... Sure whatever you say.
