Liberterian Manifesto

Many people think that the rich are taxed far more than the poor and their money redistributed to them. IN essence, this is what the welfare program was created to do. However, Libertarians believe that most of this money ends up in big corporations and businesses, and that the poor are taxed more then the rich!
