Sermon Report

Yesterday's sermon was preached by Reverand Bilkus. We also had two baptisms, for the Claire Schipper and Desmond Walma. The text was Psalm 51, which was written by David after he had committed his sin with Bathsheeba and murdered her husband, Uriah. As such the psalm talks a lot about guilt and asking God for repentance. This psalm was also the one chosen by William Carrie for his funeral because he said the first two verses described him.
