Not going to have much for this one because the video had no audio for some reason but here goes. First, a tool with a spinning ball on the end is used to remove damaged bone, and then I'm assuming a bone graft is used to heal the resulting furrow. A pincher can be used to remove tissue that is pushing the spine crooked. And yeah that's about it.
