Peter Hitchins is for the criminalization of drugs, and Christina Dent is for uncriminalizing them. Her argument is that putting addicts in jail does not help them get off drugs, and it usually makes it worse. If people want something, they will get it one way or another, either from the black market or the normal market. Mr. Hitchin's argues that doing this only benefits people who want to make money off of selling cannabis to addicts, which he thinks should not be encouraged.
