Peter Hitchens Versus Christina Dent

Christina Dent argued that countries, such as Portugal, that were decriminalizing marijuana actually had a very large decrease in deaths and youth usage, though she admitted that adult usage increased very slightly. Peter Hichens said that this is all really a myth and that a city in Portugal had actually called for this policy to be revoked. He also talked for the majority of the time, not allowing the debate manager to let Christina speak, giving her very little time to reply, and he also basically accused her of not being a Christian at the end. Personally, I tend to favor criminalizing selling marijuana, not possessing it, as most of the advocates for the legalization of marijuana will get very rich if it is legalized.
