Darwin's Very Wrong View of Women

 Darwin believed that men had evolved into a far more superior species than women, because due to cultural norms, men were to protect and provide, meaning that they had to continually become faster, stronger, and smarter. Women, on the other hand, only evolved to become more sexually attractive. Darwin, for some reason, thought women were not very choosy about their mates, which is the reason why men did not evolve too much to be more attractive, only in small ways, such as beards, which Darwin thought women thought to be attractive.

From the picture, it's clear why he thought that. Nevermind that women oftentimes prefer clean-shaven men, everything had to be made to fit to his theory that supported the times racist and sexist views.
