who is the L.I.T.T? (league of intermedite and top thieves)

This league has all top thieves , including marina stone, smug, and raven. After crooks finish crook training school , they usually join this league. Police suspect there up to something big because they haven 't robbed anything for some time.

    excellent improvement on capitalization. now to work on punctuation and the capitalization of all proper nouns.
