The number we get when we add the prices of all the sold finished services in a c country is called nominal GDP. This number can go up in two ways, if prices go up, or if more products and services (Or better products and services) are produced and sold. Real GDP is the number we get when we take into account price change and the number of people in the country. Using real GDP, we can find the standard of living for a country.
