Atomic Habits 4

 Habits are the result of four steps. The steps are cue, craving, response, and reward. First, you have a cue, for example, you are bored. Next, you have a craving, you want to be entertained. Next, you have a response, like playing a game or watching TV. Then you have a reward, you are entertained.
