Atomic Habits 2

 In order to change our own lives, we need to change our beliefs. If you are trying to be more fit, you are much more likely to succeed if your mindset is, "I exercise daily," then if your mindset is,  "I am trying to exercise daily." At first glance, the latter seems to be a reasonable way to think, but if we really want to succeed we need to think the first sentence.
