Among Us (Content and Quality) Game Review

Overview
Among Us is a social deduction game where six to ten players are dropped on a spaceship. Their mission:  repair the spaceship so they can fly to wherever they wanted to fly too by completing tasks around the space ship (Such as fix wiring, take out garbage, release data, etc.). The only problem is that one of the players isn't interested in the crew return home. He is the Imposter, and his goal is to make sure none of the crew members, make it home, by eliminating them one by one and sabatoging the ship, but in order to do so, he can't be discovered.

Negative
You play the game with real people, so there may be some swearing in the chats, which the game effectively detects and turns into *. Most of the people I've played with have honestly been pretty clean. There is no way to send images in the chat, and the host can kick people if necessary. As for actual gameplay, there is a short cartoony animation of an astronaut blob being killed by the Imposter when that happens. You can find the "bodies" of the Imposter's victims lying around the ship. The game is not played as humans. The game is honestly a little boring when played with strangers, it's a lot more fun when you play it with people you know.

Positive
The crewmates have to work together to bring the Imposter, or else they all lose. It's a great team-building game, especially when played with friends and family. It's a great memory maker too, as everyone tries to guess who the Imposter is and the Imposter tries to trick them into thinking someone else is the Imposter. It also is completely free to play on your phone. It does have in-app purchases, but they don't affect gameplay at all.

Conclusion
Among Us is a great game to play with friends and family, but with strangers, things get a bit dull. There are some annoying glitches, such as the lobbies saying that they aren't full, but when you try to join they end up being full. Other than that, it's a great time. There's also very little for parents to get concerned about here, making it a great family game.
