Libertarians and the Courts

I'm not even going to say what the Libertarians think about government courts because I think you're getting the general idea by now. The Libertarians want something like old Ireland. In old Ireland, everyone belonged to a Tulaf (Forgive me if I spelled that wrong) which would perform religious and civil responsibilities for each of its members. Everyone was free to leave their Tulaf and join another if they wanted.
