Adventures In Odyssey Review

Overview
Adventures in Odyssey is an audio drama series made for kids and pre-teens centered in Odyssey, a small town in America, but just because it's small doesn't mean the people there have small adventures! Odyssey is renowned for presenting wacky adventures, heartwrenching dramas, and biblical entertainment!

Negative
A few of the episodes deal with themes such as spiritual warfare, hell and heaven, and satanism, presented in a way that aligns with Biblical teachings. Any episode that the producers make that they deem too scary for younger listeners has a warning at the beginning asking kids to get their parents. Some people may deem a few episodes as irreverent.

Positive
Most adventures have some kind of moral and theme to it, some are very explicit, but others are more hidden. Some episodes are made for just laughs or drama. The team behind AiO cares deeply about the characters they have been making stories off for the past forty or so years. Sometimes their morals get in the way of their storytelling, but this is very rare. Stories such as Have a Heart will have you laughing your head off, but dropping tears at the ending.

Conclusion
AiO has been consistently bringing God-fearing entertainment for the whole family for years, and they show no sign of slowing down, so if you want to listen to this fantastic series you better jump in now. Many of the story arcs cover multiple albums, such as The Novacom Saga, Eugene's search for his lost father, and my personal favorite The Blackgaard Chronicles. These all have a fantastic storyline and I can't recommend them highly enough.
