How to Fix Your Shoulder

The tendons connecting your shoulder to your arm can sometimes tear. Usually, this occurs when pulling, lifting, etc or when you are painting or swimming. Tendons have very little blood flow and so cannot heal naturally. The operation involves making three small punctures. Three tools will be inserted, a camera, and several other surgical tools. The tendon will be sewed back to the bone and two anchors will be screwed into the bone. Once this is complete, the tools are removed and the punctures stitched close.
