Yesterday was Memorial Day for 2020. There was no parade of much of a celebration because of the quarantine, but most of the Engelsmas broke quarantine and headed over to Aunt Amy's and Uncle Eric's house for a small party. Not everyone came, the Gillons stayed away among others (Though most of them showed up after we had finished eating), and we swam in the pool to keep cool in the sun. Unfortunately, it wasn't much of a celebration and it didn't feel like a Memorial Day because there was no parade commemorating the fallen, but it was the best we could do. Anyway, stay cool and have fun this summer!
