Boundaries in marriages can be especially difficult. However, the same rules still apply. You need to respect your partner's boundaries, and if he/she doesn't respect yours, you need to let him/her suffer the consequences. A common thing that people bring up is that the Bible calls the wife to be submissive to her husband. However, the Bible also calls the husband to be submissive to his wife and to love her more than he loves himself.
