Tobasco Hot Sauce

Tabasco Hot Sauce has been obsessed with making their sauce as close as possible to the original recipe. It is made with peppers, which are all handpicked. When I first heard that I thought, "Isn't handpicking them a little obsessive?" But then I heard that the type of peppers they work with taste amazing, but there is no machine that exists that can pick them efficiently, though the company has tried to make one. After the peppers are picked, they are mashed and then left to it in a warehouse for three years. After Three Years, the fermenting process is done, and they are shipped to the factory, where vinegar and salt are added. They are then used to fill bottles, and the bottles are labeled, shipped, and bought by someone who wants's hot sauce. And I mean good hot sauce.
