This section was on the Communion. The Catechism again stated that the bread and wine becomes flesh and blood. However that is untrue and not taught in the Bible. It also requires fasting before receiving the Sacrament, but this is also not taught in the Bible. On top of all this, it says that we should think of God and do acts of kindness and love before taking the Communion, which is all well and good, but it isn't required. What is required is to examine yourself, which isn't mentioned anywhere.
